These are well balanced between beef and cheese, melting but not enough to get everywhere, strong in beef but not enough to stop smelling of cheese, I loved it. The chocolate frozen mochi for dessert was delicious and definitely swayed me. Delighted with my meal, it was for me a pleasure to pay these people especially at this price which was lower than those of the other usual Japanese brands that I have been able to frequent. Sûrement le meilleur repas japonais que j’ai mangé de ma vie. La qualité de bon produits frais, l’ambiance très agréable qui s’installe et cet esprit familial qui y règne. Je débute donc par une soupe Miso et une salade de choux après une attente de durée raisonnable. La soupe est sûrement une des meilleures que je n’ai jamais mangé, bien garnie de tofu et d’algues. Une salade de choux des plus banales mais toujours aussi efficace. Les makis californias qui arrivent ensuite sur ma table sont aussi bons que frais et c’est très agréable en bouche. La suite s’améliore même quand je reçois mes brochettes bœufs/fromages. Ces dernières sont bien équilibrées entre bœuf et fromage, fondantes mais pas assez pour s’en mettre partout, fort en boeuf mais pas suffisamment pour ne plus sentir le fromage, j’ai adoré. Le mochi glacé au chocolat en dessert fût délicieux et me cala définitivement. Ravi de mon repas, il était pour moi pour un plaisir de payer ces gens surtout à ce prix qui était inférieur à ceux des autres enseignes habituelles de japonais que j’ai pu fréquenter. En somme, si vous cherchez à manger japonais tranquillement un soir, dans une ambiance chill, en mangeant de bon produits, à ne pas attendre vos plats 30min entre chaque, à ne pas dépenser des sommes trop élevées pour ce que c’est, allez à WAHAHA, vous ne serez pas déçu.
